What we collect
- Account: your email address and an authentication token (via Supabase). No password is stored by us in plain text.
- Sites and scans: the URLs you register, the pages we discover on them, the accessibility findings, the HTML snippet of each affected element, and screenshots of individual elements used to describe images. Screenshots are processed transiently and are not stored.
- Billing: handled entirely by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). We store only your Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status — never card numbers.
- Emails: scan alerts are sent through Resend to the address on your account.
How we use it
- To run the scans you request and show you the results.
- To propose corrections: the HTML of an affected element (and, for images, a screenshot of that element) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a suggested fix. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
- To send you alerts when a scan finds new issues (you can stop monitoring a site at any time).
Sub-processors
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), GitHub (scan workers), Anthropic (AI corrections), Resend (email), Paddle (payments). Each processes only the data needed for its function.
Retention and deletion
Scan history is kept while the site is monitored. Removing a site deletes its scans; deleting your account deletes everything associated with it. Billing records are retained by Paddle as required by tax law.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from the app or by emailing hola@rampa.solutions. We do not sell personal data and we do not use tracking cookies; the only cookies set are those needed to keep you signed in.
