Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. The service

Rampa ("the Service") scans websites you register for web accessibility issues using automated testing (axe-core in a headless browser) and, on paid plans, proposes code corrections that are re-tested automatically before they are shown to you. The Service is operated by an individual provider based in Ecuador ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

4. Plans, billing and the Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller of record, issues invoices, and handles VAT/sales tax. Your card is charged by Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. Plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. No legal advice, no conformance guarantee

Automated tools detect roughly half of WCAG success criteria. A score of 100 does not mean a website is fully accessible or compliant with the ADA, EAA, Section 508 or any law, and the Service is not legal advice. A full conformance claim requires manual review by a qualified auditor. You remain solely responsible for your website and its legal compliance.

6. Suggested corrections

Corrections we propose are tested against the same rule in an isolated browser session, but we cannot foresee every side effect in your specific site. Review changes before deploying them. We never modify your website ourselves.

7. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We store scan results, the HTML of affected elements, and your account email. See our Privacy Policy. You may delete a site or your account at any time; scan history is deleted with it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including legal claims brought against your website by third parties.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Questions: hola@rampa.solutions (or the contact shown on your invoice).
