Pop-up windows without a name

Lighthouse / axe call it: ARIA dialog and alertdialog nodes should have an accessible name · Elements with role="dialog" or role="alertdialog" do not have accessible names

When a pop-up opens (cart, cookie notice, login) a blind user isn't told what it is.

Who it leaves out: blind people (screen readers)
